Washington St. Barn



This barn was near our outdoor setting yesterday at class. I had to look across a fence or two and a lane but the patchwork face of the barn got my attention. It was made up of old sheets of plywood which I exaggerated. The texture was so varied and the longer you looked, the more you saw.
And paint. I used more paint.

  2. Oh Helen, this is for sure a favorite for me! You've got a super combination of squares within squares here....and yet the barn stands out and faces the viewer solidly. Nice one!
